The annual Etiquette Dinner hosted by Sullivan University at Gardiner Point Residence Hall was once again a huge success. Here is the menu:
The food was delicious and we learned how to eat the dishes on the menu, how to use your silverware the correct way, and general table manners that will be helpful when invited to a business dinner with your boss.
Here are some photos from that night:
The beautiful table setting:
The first course, which was a shrimp cocktail.
The main course, sliced beef tenderloin with bernaise sauce,
chive whipped potatoes, and asparagus with lemon zest
Here's a photos of the hall set-up, you can see the tables and the screen where Kim showed videos.
It was a wonderful night with great food, great company, and great conversation. I am so glad that I was able to attend, and that Sullivan plans activities like this for students and allumni.
