Recap of my Two Years

Hey everyone,
I hope you are all enjoying Sullivan and are moving right along with your degrees. I am finishing up my dual majors in Culinary and Baking and Pastry arts this quarter and I would like to recap some of the things I have gotten to do thanks to Sullivan before I say goodbye.

Thanks to the Career Expo I got a job at the high-class restaurant, Jeff Rubys where I worked for over a year and met Terry O'Quinn a TV actor from LOST!!! Starstruck!!

Competition team

My Pastillage piece "Poseidon's Pearls" Won a bronze, however, it broke before the judges could judge it like this. Although I was happy that I was able to still place despite a disaster, everyone pulled together as a team and we helped each other to get our three broken pieces back in shape and everyone still placed!

So I hope that you guys take advantage of every door that opens and be courageous enough to travels and learn a grow and become extraordinary, because I am sure am!!
